Refund & Exchange Policy
After serving 1Lakh+ satisfied customers, we have learned so much from you all about a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience & we are committed to give that on Calley!
Our team makes their best effort keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.
We offer 2 Days refund on all the products except from Accessories section and 2 days exchange policy.
Our return policy lasts for 2 days. After 2 days of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Requirements for Returns/Replace:
- Purchases made outside of calley.in must contact their seller for refunds, and must include a valid original purchase order number from dailygear.in.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging.
- Any returned products with missing product details in those cases 30 % refund amount will be deducted.
- In case of COD orders, the delivery amount will be deducted from refund amount.
- Refund amount will take 7-10 working days after item is received.
- In case of wrong order purchased by customer, pay us Rs 150 and get the right product delivered.
- We only provide assistance between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri).
- Do add a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received.
- In case the customer placed the wrong order by themselves then they have to ship back our products at our warehouse or Pay us the shipping charges & handling charges 150/- to get the right product delivered.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item.
NOTE: The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions
- Self-Placed Wrong Order (e.g. ordered wrong model or product).
- If customer has received the same product as advertise because our all the images are captured by our team.
- Our descriptions are very clear to know about the quality & material of any product.
- If any purchase has been made under BOGO offer, In Discount or marked as SALE.
- Due to the nature of product - There is no refund, return on jewellery products.
- Damage or Defective- Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers. In case you face any inconvenience with us, we will immediately ship the new product.
- No cancellations approved once the product gets delivered but we will offer you the store credit for your future purchase.
- We only provide assistance between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday).
Defective or Damaged Products:
We accept the return of products shipped by us and the item that is defected from our end. Product should be returned with proof of purchase.
To complete your return or exchange, we require receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order, do this in 2-10 hours of placing the order. Once you placed order that has been shipped, cannot be cancelled. You can mail us at email@example.com with your order number.
Cancellation of order can be done only when your order has not been shipped.
If you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it:
- Send us the picture of the product, pleases make sure it's in original condition. You can Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- As soon as the product is picked up from you, we will dispatch the replacement simultaneously.
Please Note : We only replace items those are defected or damaged. If you have received a defected/damaged product, report within 48 hours of delivery to exchange the product at email@example.com
